Lower Back Spasm, Nausea And Bitter Taste In Mouth After Unprotected Sex

I had unprotected sex on the 15th of December and I took morning after pills on the 17th. Had finished my period once the 5th or 6th of December. My concern is that I have been sick for a while now, having lower back spasm, nauseas, everything smells bad, have a bitter taste in my mouth, always tired- sleeping during the day which is usually for me. On the 3rd I started spotting and that stopped after 3 days, I skipped one day and spotted once more. Please advise, thanks.

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

They may be from side effects of emergency contraceptive pills but to be on safer side have a UPT test after a week and take painkiller for pain.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
