Hello dear...
Presence of fluid in testicle is called Hydrocele.
Causes include:
1. Injury
2. Infection e.g. Filarial infection
3. Inflammation e.g. Orchitis
4. Malignancy

Management includes:
1. Analgesics such as paracetamol
2. Avoid wearing tight-fitting underwear
3. Treatment of underlying cause
4. Surgery- hydrocelectomy to drain out the fluid.

So...it will be better to consult an Urologist to find out the exact cause.
So that necessary management steps could be taken.

Wishing you a Good Health. Let me know if I need to clarify further.
Thanks & take care.
