Lower Neck And Left Ear Feeling Sore, Listen To Loud Music, Feel Ringing In Ears. Treatment?
Hi, I am a 15 year old that makes music. I usually produce music at a very high volume almost everyday. I always have my headphones in at max volume when I get the chance. My lower neck on the side with my left hear is feeling very sore and feels like i pulled a muscle. This pain started occuring after listening to very loud music for a bout 4 hours straight. I also have continuous ringing in both ears.
