Lower Right Quadrant Pain, Dull Lower Back Pain, Distended Abdomen. Had BM. What Could Be This?

Hi I have been having lower right quadrant pain since this morning. Had a BM x1. No diarrhea or nausea but am also having dull pain in my lower right back. Earlier this week my abdomen was distended but thought maybe it was just ovulation pain. I was also having this same pain earlier this week. How do I know that it isnt constipation?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It may be nonspecific type of pain and not the pain due to ovulation or constipation because in both the conditions pain is not likely, our abdomen contains so many organs altogether they some some time behaves in very uncertain way which is not harmful to us but of course induces certain kind of non specific pain the sensitive person feels it very strongly and react in the same way, just no need to worry this will go away soon have nice day. (If do have regular bowl habit then it is not constipation )
