Lump Behind The Head After An Injury. Need To Take To The Doctor?

Hi my daughter hit the back of her head on a stool today, which i think put a small indent in the back of her head. she cried for about a minute then seemed to be fine. I was going to take her to the dr but my fiancée seemed to think she was fine. She is acting totally normal, I'm pretty sure she is fine but I don't want anything more serious to come from it?

Pediatrician 's  Response
If she is otherwise fine and not vomiting or sleeping excessively or crying a lot, etc., then I think it might not be necessary to take her to a doctor as an urgent scenario. However, I would still recommend that you take her to her physician for a check-up within 24 hours.

Hope this helps.
