Lump Formed After An Injury To The Toe. Pain In The Foot. Treatment?
I went on holiday in spain and cut my foot near the toes on a drunken walk home. The cut is clean and has healed but at the side of it there's a small yellow lump in side the skin. I have tried squeezing it out but it's too painful. I can't walk of my foot with the pain. I have to limp. I did do a lot of walking on the holiday.

Lump Formed After An Injury To The Toe. Pain In The Foot. Treatment?
Hi, I think initially you developed shoe dermatitis. Then you developed secondary bacterial infection nearby the dernatitis lesion. Take complete rest for few weeks. Cleanse the affected area with antiseptics. Take short course of antibiotics with anti inflammatory drugs. Apply antibiotic cream like mupirocin. You go for blood test to rule out DM, HIV and anaemia. Take immunobusters to prevent recurrance of infection. I hope you may be alright. Still, you may consult dermatologist.
