Lump In Anus, Itching, Sensitive During Bowel Movement, Diarrhea After Taking Antibiotic Treatment. Suggestions?

hi,

About few weeks back I had an antibiotic treatment (for tooth infection) that caused me few days of constant diarrhea (I actually had to terminate the treatment).

Following the diarrhea, a small lump has formed on the edge of my anus, that itches and is sensitive to touch/pressing and a bit sensitive during bowel movement.

No significant pain, no bleeding...and another thing - it appears to worsen when I wash the area with soap/water in general. I thought it would pass, but it's been about 2-3 weeks now...

Can you please help. I'm 32, male.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might have some cut on the edge of anal opening giving rise to some infection.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Avoid constipation.
Avoid spicy, chillies and junk food.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
