Lump In Left Scrotum Sac, Moving. Strained Hard To Lift Weight. Anything To Worry?
I have found a lump in my left scrotum sac. I strained really hard trying to lift something really heavy a few weeks ago and my left scrotum has been extremely tender and achy but few days ago I have found a lump that is not always there but seems to move around and at times sucks up inside the body? Any ideas, should i be concerned or should I just go to urologist this week?
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have tender lump in your Lt scrotal sac .
This could be due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis) . However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination.
Please consult qualified urologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment. In the mean while Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician. Dr.Patil.
Hi, From your history it seems that you are having reducible indirect inguinal hernia. Consult surgeon and get examined. after diagnosis if he advises for surgery, go for it. Avoid constipation. Ok and take care.
