Lump In Throat, Nausea, Pressure In Chest, Upper Back, Neck, Chin, Head With Passive Smoking. Concerning?
I am a 41 year old female who has never smoked, but for the past 2 years i live with 2 indoor chain smokers. Starting the past 2 weeks whenever I smell cigarette smoke, I immediately get a lump in my throat, nauseous, a lot of pressure on the middle of my chest and upper back and neck, even under my chin and the back of my head. Even when leaving the smokey area the pain continues for at least half an hour to all day. I know it is smoke related as i have only had one headache my entire life that i remember, prior to these. I want to know the dangers I might be facing.
Hi, it appears to be related to the smoke only, as the passive smokers will have more bad effects than the smokers. Residual smoke is still dangerous. Of course you can get complete relief now, but you should avoid the smoke as far as possible. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
