Hi, Thanks for posting your query. Let me know the associated symptoms along with pain. Di you have running nose or tears from eyes/ recurrent feeling of nausea or vomiting? Do you have any other aggravating or relieving factor? What is the type of headache? With the available described symptoms, there appears to be least correlation of headache and defined lump. If lump visible on body is connected to some intracranial pathology then patient condition may be very serious and may require hospital admission and some operative procedure. You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ general surgeon and should go for thorough check up. You should go for excision biopsy of of lump for better clarification.
