Lump On Abdomen, Breast Pain, Kicks In Stomach. Negative Pregnancy Test. Ultrasound Shows No Cysts, Fibroids, Pregnancy. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi Im not sure if having a false pregnancy or not,the test says negative but I have a lump on my lower left abdomen since the tenth week I ve checked along with fluttering, breast pain and other pregnancy signs and symptoms and now kicks but the last ultrasound I took at around twelve weeks showed no signs of cysts , fibroid ,fluids or pregnancy so Im confused,please help

Hello dear,

There is a condition known as pseudocyesis, where actually there is no pregnancy but the patient thinks that she is pregnant and perceives all the changes that occur in a pregnancy.

Your condition seems to be similar. If the sonography shows no pregnancy then you have to believe that there is actually no pregnancy.

I need to know if you are having regular periods. Do you have any children or do you want to have them? For how long have you been married?

Generally a strong desire for pregnancy leads a person to believe that she is pregnant while she is not.
