Most likely you have got a sebaceous cyst of the skin, which is a benign cystic swelling in which there is collection of sebum, and there is a small punctum from where the thick pus like material comes out on squeezing. The treatment for this is a surgical excision of the cyst and your doctor may send it for biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. This is a minor surgical operation, which could also be done under local infiltration anaesthesia. So you need not be apprehensive about it. However, you have to consult a general surgeon for its management.
