Lump On Buttocks, Bruised, Warm To Touch, Tender After Fall. Should I Be Concerned?
I fell about 5 weeks ago down some stairs and landed on my butt. a lump appeared at the top of by right cheek and a very bad bruise over the entire right side. The bruise went away but the lump is still there and is not getting better. It is still warm to the touch and very tender. If I barely touch it on anything it about brings me to tears. I see alot of people talk about the lump being hard after an incident like this but mine is hard in spots(around the outside) and "squishy" toward the center like theres fluid. I am also experiencing achyness in my lower back and joints( may not be related). Advice?? Should I be concerned?

hi.. you had a fall and you have hematoma on the hip.. you havenot mentioned about the age.. i assume you are able to walk and there is no loss of function.. this hematoma is a very painful condition and it may get secondarily infected leading to pus.. see your orthopedician for the xray to see if there is any fractures, and you need to take analgesics with serratiopeptidase.. take antacids before taking the tablets.. all the best..
