Lump On Inner Thigh, No Pain When Squeezed, No Hole In Skin

I have a big circular shaped lump under my skin on my inner thigh beside my bikini line. It started out little and looked like a boil but I don't think it is one. It has been there for a couple months and now my skin has a bruise color to it on top of the lump. I can squee it and it doesn't hurt. The middle of the lump has a little hole ilke thing in the middle but under the skin, there is nohole in my skin.

From the history of yours along with the description of the swelling having a little hole like thing in the middle which is there for a couple of months, it seems to me that you have got a benign cystic swelling on your inner thigh, the nearest diagnosis being a sebaceous cyst.

If I were your treating doctor, I would have advised you an excision biopsy of the cyst to avoid its further growth apart from confirming the diagnosis. So, I would suggest you to consult in a surgical OPD of the nearest clinic/hospital in your area for further management of this cyst.
