Lump On Neck In Between Throat And Collar Bone, Discomfort, Trouble Catching Breath, Fever

I have a visible lump on my neck in between my throat and collar bone. It throbs randomly and causes discomfort. I am also having trouble catching my breath. The pain shoots up from the lump near my collar bone up my throat and. The pain only exists in an area of about 5 inches. I m not erratically coughing. I did however run a fever today
