Lump Under Chin, Neck. What Could Be This?

Hi i am only 13 years old and i have one huge lump under my chin on eatch side of my neck. I also have one small one in my neck by my throat that i can move around. I am really worried that i have cancer or that i have to get my tonsils removed. Sugery is one of my biggest fears can someone please tell me what to do i am very scared!!!!!! I can't even sleep too thank you

thanks for your query at HCM
these might be lymph node enlargement , multiple lumps in neck that can be moved freely without pain or any difficulty most probably a lymphnode.
lymphnode enlargement can be due to infection in tonsil , throat , ear.
get one one fine needle aspiration cytology test (FNAC) done on this lump. this is a very simple and will rule out any other possibilities.
dont be afraid get this test done.
