Lump Under Left Collar Bone, Rash On Chest, Itchy. Reason?

Laying on couch I felt sort of movable lump under left collar bone area. If I tense muscles in mirror I can find it and sort of move it. I have had a rash on chest and neck area that seems like contact dermatitis. My husband thinks it is lymph node from rash I am scared lymphoma from reading online. Rash is not as itchy as poison ivy, but itchy.

You didn't mentioned for how long swelling is present and you have any other symptoms or not.
Lymphoma is associated with many other features, it needs detailed investigation before any conclusion.
Swelling under collar bone may be due to many reasons.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,USG and FNAC of swelling may be done if needed.
You need dermatologist opinion for rash.
If it is allergic then,steriods(topical or oral depending upon condition) can be given.
