Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM
As you are suffering from neurofibromatosis, lumps in the groin area seems to be neurofibroma . You may rerequire surgery to remove all or part of tumors that are compressing nearby tissues or damaging organs. Surgery may help relieve symptoms of all forms of neurofibromatosis.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and informative and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care.
