Lumps On Fore Finger, Getting Bigger In Size, Stiff And Sore Finger Joints. Is This Lyme Disease?

I have two lumps on the top of my fore finger that have gotten bigger very gradually, over months. Now my joints in that finger are stiff and sore. I'm concerned it might be lime disease. I don't want take up time in a dr office visits if I'm over reacting.

I advise you to see a rheumatologist as soon as possible.
