Lumps On The Back Of Both Ears In Infant. Suggestion?

hallo sir, i have a baby boy of six month and he has something like guilty in his back of left ear on top from earliar but not was from birth may be from 3 or 4 moths when he was, but now again on same left ear back just little down one more has grown up as same like, but it doesn't hurt him on pressing or touching. plz. suggest me what to do?

Hi,
this is a inflammed, enlarged postauricular lymphnode. usually because of some scalp infection (pediculosis,seboerrhic dermatitis.) can be treated easily by regular use of some anti dandruff /antifungal shampoos.
