Lupus, Have Multiple Myeloma And Arthritis, Extreme Pain. On Percocet. What Will Make Me Better?

Yes, I have multiple myeloma, which is now in remission, however, I am still having a lot of pain, especially in my lower back (right side) that feels like it spasms if I stand more than 5 minutes and can drop me to my knees. I also have arthritis and alpha1 antitripsyn deficidency too. Questionable lupus. Drs have me on Percocet but one pill does not do anything and two pills make me sick. Any suggestions as to a pain medication that might help me. Feeling desperate.

Dear madam,

You can try tramadol which is an effective pain relief medicine but that needs to be taken after your treating doctor agrees.
