Lupus, Headaches, Eyebrow Palpitations. Taking Plaquenil, Neurontin. Causes For Headaches?

I have lupus and have daily painful one-sided headaches, and palpating above the brow bone is so very painful. I am on Plaquenil , 6 months. Was just given neurontin 4 days ago, to help with sleep. Anti ds- DNA #s went from 25 before meds, to 34 now, with 6 months of Plaquenil. What is causing these horrible unilateral headaches?

Unilateral headache is the hallmark of migraine. It was called HEMI-CRANIUM due to the one-sided headache symptom in almost a majority of those with migraine. There are a wide variety of medications that treat and prevent migraine.
