Some surgeons usually wait for 2 moths after pancreatitis attack because it is hard to perform such procedure in acute phase. Till that, you should follow hepatic diet, take ursodeoxicolic acid ,avoid alcohol and fatty food. PAncreatiits is likely to occur associated with gallbladder stones so. SOmetimes it can be severe attack. SO i suggest to do laparoscopic cholecystectomy definitely. WIsh you good health.
