MRI Report Showing Disc Bulge And Spinal Canal Stenosis. What Are The Exercises Which Can Be Done?
age 53 . which treatment for my MRI report show:- diffuse disc bulge and posterior right paracentral disc protursion at L4-5 compressing the thecal sac and traversing right nerve root and causing spinal canal stenosis with bilateral neural canal compromise. Diffuse disc bulge , thickened ligamentum flavum and facet joint arthropathy at L3-4 indenting the thecal sac and causing spinal canal stenosis with bilateral neural canal compromise , more so on left side. Or exercise ....please help writes medicines names ......

thanks for posting your query
You might be suffering from degenerative disc disease & it occurs due to repetitive overload or stress to the disc & it increases the risk of disc herniation & spinal canal stenosis.
For this condition you have to do stretching & strengthening exercises in which you have to stretch tight muscle & strengthen weakened ones which will alleviate stress on facet joint and disc.
Meanwhile for pain control take anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen.
