First of all, I would like to reassure you that your MRI brain findings do not suggest any serious brain problems.
The first finding in the
frontal lobe is common in patients with
migraine, and can also occur with
ischemia (lack of blood flow in brain).
The second finding of cerebellar tonsillar
ectopia refers to downward displacement of
cerebellum. This is mostly a congenital finding and it may not be significant.
The importance of MRI findings depends on whether you have any symptoms or not. So, I would request you to get back with your symptom details.
