MRSA....means Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus....,
it is bacteriial infection caused by staphylococcus which is resistant...
...to most of Antibiotics...
It has two strains....
1) Health care associa...strain..( HA-MRSA)
2) Community associa...strain ( CA-MRSA)
Treatment is not favourable
1) Stop all Antiboitics...(only some useful..but culture and sensitivity is need)
2) drain all superficial pus loaded lesions.....
3) improve the general health of the patient.....
o.k it need strict follow up and care......
hence qualified physician will lookafter these thing..goodluck..,
