Male, Fluid Coming Out Of Right Nipple On Squeezing. What Could Be The Cause?

I m a 19 year old male and underneath my right nipple is a little hard thing and if i squeeze it clear fluid will come out. The left nipple doesn t have the hard thing but if I squeeze it clear fluid comes out also. What could be the cause and/or problem?

Hi...this is normal pubertal development... dont squeeze, rub, massage or apply anything to the area...it will go by itself...manipulation may cause infection...
