I am a 60 year old woman with lots of energy and in good health. Several co-workers told me I had so many symptoms of Adult HDD. I watched Dr. Oz this week and I have most of the symptoms on the list. Is there over the counter medicine I can take or do I need to see my doctor?
Hi, thanks for asking. No, there is no over the counter medicine for ADHD. It is always a prescription medicine after proper diagnosis by an expert. Also its not enough to just have the symptoms of ADHD but also they should be of such an extent that they interfere with the routine functioning of the person for one to be diagnosed with ADHD. Kindly see a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis. I hope I have helped you. Thank you.
