Medicine For Child's Fever And Cough?

Hello sir,
my baby is three n a half years old.
n her weight is 16 kg.
She is having fever n cough for the last 4 days which is off n on. What medicine should I give? As we are already giving her clavam m augmenting as well as vizylac and combiflam.

I really appreciate your concern for the baby, giving antibiotic without the reason is not good for the health of baby, if I would be baby's doctor then I would simply treat the baby with the Acetaminophen drug orally and this drug can only be given when body temperature rises above the 100 F, if baby runs with the fever all along the way then it needs investigation without delay, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
