Mental Disorder And Fearing Problem.Treatment?
Doctor,
My uncle suffering mental disorder problem from past few months. For every insident he is fearing, about his boss. He always used to tell Police will come to our house and will arest all persons. Some times he used to go outside lonely and sometimes night also.
One year back he had problem with his boss. Same insident he used to recollect and getting fear. He thinking that his boss made complaint against him, so police will come any time.
But actually there is no serious problem with his boss, and his boss not having any angry on him.
For his mental disorder or fearing problem what we have to give treatment. Now his health alright, except his boss insident matter, he used to talk nicely about all other matters.
We shall be very greatful if you give kind advise for the above issue.

I do appreciate your concern for your uncle. From what you have mentioned, your uncle seems to be having delusion of persecution, where a person falsely believes that others have turned against him and want to harm him in some way or other. It is a symptoms suggestive of psychosis. It may or may not be associated with other symptoms which will need complete evaluation.
I would suggest that you seek a psychiatric consultation for him. he would respond well to antipsychotic medications like olanzapine.
