Met Accident, Pain In Chest, Neck, Tail Bone, Dizzy Spells.

I had a motor racing accident end of September, I basically hit the race wall pretty fast. I went to hospital next day as I was in a lot of pain in my chest neck and tail bone. I had xrays and all came with no major worrys Ever since then im having a lot of dizzy spells still, every time I look up or lay down and vice versa. I m getting ba little worried now. I will go back to to doctors i think it s difficult getting time off work though.
