Metallic Smelling Stools That Are Small And Hard With Gastric Problem. On Birth Control, Take Naproxen. Causes ?

Hi. I have been experiencing metallic smelling stools that are small and hard. I ve also noticed increase gas. I do not take supplements . I take birth control pills and an occasional naproxen tablet. I eat Greek yogurt every morning and try to limit red meat to once a week. I drink 6-8 glasses of water a day and 4 servings of fruit/vegetables a day. What could be wrong?

This is a maldigestion, you may need to take something to help you, like Disflatyl tab and Spasmo-Digestin tablet.
