And also I have a lump on the back of my head which I have had for a couple of years, it used to be very small and unnoticeable but has got big bigger over the year, its not sore but is starting to get in the way :(

Hello
Welcome to HCM

Migraine is not related to the problems of eye. Although visual blurring is common in migraine but this is due to vascular phenomenon and not due to problem of eye so there is no need to go to optician. Usually there is no specific cause that can be elicited for migraine. The lumb you have mentioned can be due to some growth. As it is pain less and is growing it can be a lipomatous growth. I would advise you to consult a good hospital for its detailed evaluation.

Thanks
