Mild Cramps, Missed Period, Pink Drops. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Advice?

Hello, im winnie trying to get pregnant my last period was on 15th aug I missed my period till 23rd sep and then I saw light pink drops at night it was bit red but not much and next day it was again brown and pink and then little bit clotting also and finally its gone. I nerver missed my periods in my life. Im very much confused and feeling minor cramps also what should I do I took two test and they were negative. And faint lines can be horizontal also? Please help me

sometime stress may lead to hormonal imbalance and cause
secondary amenorrhoea
