Mind Goes Blank After Being Angry / Argumentative And Stressed Out And Unable To Remember The Cause. What Could Be The Cause For This?
Hello, I am a male of 21 years of age. Often, I get over-angry, and most of the time, because I am so angry and stressed out, my mind will suddenly go blank, and I will not be able to remember the argument I am having, or why I'm upset, but it is normally from arguing. I tried looking online for a diagnosis. Is this common in people, or is there something wrong with me? I want to know why this happens to me.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I can understand your worry, nothing is wrong with you it is all bout your short temper nature and nothing else, if the person is having short temper nature then there are several reasons behind this and the most common is stress, this comes because of emotional, social, economical, and other disturbances, short temper nature more or less genetically related, but this can be best avoided, not hard to keep it cool oneself, be positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and you can do it, not difficult and impossible try it, have nice day.

Thanks for your query at hcm.coming to your question anger makes our concentration weak and the symptoms you are experiences after anger are common and you need not worry much about them .The primary thing you need to pay attention is to minimise your anger episodes.try to be stay calm.things will run as normal even if you do not burst out.try meditating in silence.sounds crazy but it really works .hope you trust me .regards
