Hello welcome to health care magic You didn't mention about the size of fibroid..Presence of huge fibroid may hinder the products of conception that is developing fetus to grow,as the room for development is not sufficient and may result in abortion.. So according to your gynecologist and the size of fibroid,,you can opt for either hormonal therapy or simple myomectomy in which the tumor mass i.e., fibroid will be removed and in due course of time you may conceive again.
hope you understand my suggestion Have an early pregnancy thank you Dr.siddartha
