Missed Period. Rubbed Penis With Precum On Vagina During Ovulation Time. Chance Of Pregnancy?

My boyfriend and I were fooling around and he begin to rub his penis on my vagina which had perfuse precum on it at the time. He NEVER actually penetrated but spent at least 8-10 mins right at the vaginal opening. This happened during my ovulation period on the 9th of August now I have a missed period. Could I have gotten pregnant from my sexual experience described ?
