Missed Period, Negative Pregnancy Test, Have Regular Periods Post Operation For Ovary Removal. Cause?

i delayed my period january to march.when i go to my dr they told my left ovary is bigger than normal size ..on april i got operation remove my left ovary but on april4 i got menstraion..then may3 got my period,june2 got my period ,july 4 i got my period..aug..i dont have a period. i do home test but negative ,,, if there possible that im pregnant?
