Missed Periods. History Of Having Unprotected Sex Followed By Light Bleeding For A Week, Stabbing Pain Under Ribs. Possible Pregnancy?

I have missed my period last week, I had unprotected sex which after a small amount of light blood came out, and for all of this week I have had a small amount of discharge from. Could this be the first signs of pregnancy?

I also have sharp stabbing pains under my ribs after I have eaten could this also be an early indication of pregnancy?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Missed period , so please get home pregnancy test as early as possible (7 days after missed , effective).
As far concerned discharge is not related to pregnancy.
Pain under ribs may be due to overeating so don't bother about that.
This(rib ) pain not related to pregnancy ,if any.
Good luck.
