Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have to take the pelvic scan to check your endometrial thickness.
If it is thin, you have to take progynova 2 mg (tds) with meprate (tds) for 7 days to get your period.
Check your FSH, LH, prolactin, and thyroid level.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vanithadevi
