Missed Periods. Taken Primolut-n. Ultrasound Normal, Negative Pregnancy Test. Causes?

I m not having periods from last 2 months(June and July). My sonograpghy report is normal(did today only). Pregnancy test is negative (did yesterday). I have taken primolut-n for 5 days (last week) even then I m not getting periods. And its happened first time that I have missed my periods. Any idea what will be the reason?
