Missed Periods, Severe Stomach Ache, Moood Swings, Frequent Urination, Sore Nipples. HPT Negative. History Of Having Protected Sex. Is There Anything Like Psychological Pregnancy?

Yes. That would be great.
I am 20 and have a very regular period that I have missed. I was on birth control (ring) for about 5 months, and have been off of it for 4 months now. My boyfriend and I still use a condom though. I am a week and a half late for my period and have just recently developed a sever stomach ache. I am always having to go to the restroom, I am often tiered, I have mood swings, and my nipples (not breasts, just nipples) were very sore starting yesterday. I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests at different times and they all came back negative. I know that some women, even up to 5 months, are pregnant but don't show it on the home test. I know that there is a such thing as a psychological pregnancy with I thing I might have because I was really wanting a baby, but I don't want one anymore. If I am pregnant though it will not be the worst thing I have the finances and a wonderful boyfriend who would not leave me because we have talked about it and he knows what I am going through. I am wondering if this sounds like a real pregnancy or a psychological one. YYYY@YYYY

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
The chances of pregnancy have always been there because no contraceptive method is 100% effective. These symptoms may be because of pregnancy or hormonal changes.
You should consult a gynecologist and get your urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
GOOD LUCK.
Take care.
