Moody, Suicidal Tendency, Angry. History Of Depression. Suggestions?
I have been extremely moody recently. iI have a history of deprssion and now its come back but only in certain moods, in a few cases i have been suicidal. Sometimes i go into hysterics for no reason where i cry or scream or because someone brought it on my ether upsetting me or getting me angry, while other times i get so angry i feel as if i could do anything and not regret it. Is this just normal teenage stuff (i'm a teenage girl by the way) or is it something else? just wondering.
Expression of anger, guilt, sadness may be normal for a teenager but this must be justified as a reaction to your surrounding events. Suicidal thoughts are not normal and you need to consult a psychiatrist who will be able to help you out in the best way after talking to you. You may need few medications to keep your mind free from negative thoughts as felt necessary by your doctor.
Hope this helps
