Morning Sickness, Have Light Bleeding, Spotting. Negative Pregnancy Test. Worry?

For a.couple weeks ive been getting sick in the moening, breasts been tender, and ive been having cramping..On the 19th of august to the 22nd of august, i had a very light period. It almost seemed like spotting.. I took a pregnancy test and ime back negative. byt now i have very light bleeding again, exceot it almist looks more brown than red.. Should i be worried?
