Multiple Carbuncles And Boils That Drain And Swell. Warm Compresses, Tea Tree Oil Ineffective. Treatment?

I have had multiple carbuncles and boils for weeks now. I've tried warm compresses and tea tree oil but they will not go away. They continuously drain and swell and never clear up. How can i avoid going to the doctor? How many i fix this once and for all? My gyno always says it is just prevalent in some women but the immune disorder and hormonal imbalance that my doctor says he cannot diagnose might be connected with this issue.

Hello,
First of all you should get tested for diabetes.
One cause of recurring boils if you are otherwise healthy is that you, or someone in your family or household, may be a carrier of staphylococcal bacteria. This means that a certain number of these bacteria live harmlessly on your skin, or in your nose. If you are a carrier you tend to be more prone to skin infections and boils. 
Treatment involves...
Culture of pus from the boils and a proper antibiotic treatment according to the culture report.
Using a anti biotic cream in the nose to clear the nose infection.
Use of antibiotics for a prolonged period like 3 weeks.
Controlling the sugar levels,if high.
