Multiple Muscle Spasms, Twitching, Headache. What Could Be This?

hi my name is yariellis im an 18 year old female. I have been experiencing multiple muscle spasms daily and all on the right side of my body the leg tends to jerk around and twitch and sometimes my arm and back will spas as well I have also been experiencing headaches the just started to occur and they have been lasting 3 days at a time I will rest for a day and they will begin again what is this???

Hi, it appears that you have defeciency of the calcium, causing the twitching and head ache could be due to the anxiety, tension, or may be due to some problem in the brain.
So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I for confirmation of the disease.
