Multiple Sore Movable Lumps In The Clavicle. Pain Goes Down To Breasts When Rubbing The Collar Bone. Cure?

I have multiple sore moveable pea sized lumps on my clavicle or collar bone. The lumps are soft and when I run them they move up and down left and right. The pain goes down to my breasts when I rub my chest and collar bone. the more I rub the lumps or bumps the more sore the area becomes. What are possible causes and cures for this? Diagnose me please I m in pain.

Hi...those are lymph nodes which have enlarged... take a course of antibiotics and if they still persist get an fnac or biopsy done ..
