Muscle Pain On Shifting House, No Dehydration. Causes For Symptoms?
hi i moved to XXXXX and i have been having muscle pain since i moved. i was wondering what might be causing it. both states are sea level so i dont think its the altitude, i thought it might be me being dehydrated but i have been drinking alot of water and gaterade so i dont think its that eithor

Thanks for posting your query.
You got tired after excessive work. Your muscle got fatigued after accumulation of lactic acid.
You have to give time for recovery as it will take time for clearing lactic acid.
Bed rest will help you.
Taking lot of water with fresh air will maintain better oxygenation of blood and will help faster recovery.

I advise you to follow certain things like rest that body part and take NSAIDS available over the counter to relive pain .you can apply ice, get plenty of sleep and try to reduce stress.
If these measures aren't working then consult orthopedician for proper diagnosis.
