Muscle Pull In Lower Back. Testicle Pain, Blood In Stool. No Lumps In Testicle, No Swelling. Any Idea?

It started a week ago when I had a pulled muscle in my lower right back. I pretty much recovered from it but 4 days ago I started having pain in my right testicle and blood in my stool. There are no lumps on my testicle and it isn't swollen. Any idea what this could be. I still am feeling some pain in my lower back when sitting.

Hi, it appears to be the pain of the intestines, due to infection. It may be amoebic infection. other causes rectal bleeding with pain could be external piles. Iadvise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking tubers like potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods. Thank you.
