Muscles Sore After Taking Heavy Weights For Two Days With Dark Color Urine. Reason For Above Symptom
Worked out 2 days in a row with heavy weights for over 2 hrs each day. Needless to say, I'm sore. Also my urine is tea ish in color. Until I drink water then it lightens up.
Don't have insurance so..if it is rhab....I need something to or symptom to know when I should go to a dr.

hello sir, you dont have to worry about tea ish urine and muscle soreness. it is due to lactic acid which is excreted after workout which doesnt get excreted result in soreness and tea ish urine. i would suggest drink milk twice a day to get enough calcium for lactic excretion, revise your protien diet with gym instructor, and overall drink plenty of water in breaks. to avoid further incidence
